CEO OF DUKE.

Wayne Naidoo heads up one of South Africa's newest, wholly independent communications group. Previously CEO of Lowe and Partners SA. Former Chairman of YPO (Young Presidents' Organisation), the ACA (Association of Communication and Advertising SA) and Director of AAA School of Advertising. Believes a fierce imagination, good data and a bold heart can liberate businesses and create new, profitable opportunities for clients.

MIKE BEUKES
ECD.

Mike Beukes' 17-year career has taken him from Cape Town to London, over to LA and back again. He has lead and been part of creative teams for some of the biggest agencies on the globe including ENGINE, JWT London, Fallon and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also launched and ran his own agency in London. His client experience covers countless sectors and includes the likes of Sony, Lenovo, MTN, Disney, Rémy Martin, Nissan, Guinness, Reckitt Benckiser, Harley Davidson and countless more. His passion lies in creating ideas that live beyond media, and bisect creativity and entrepreneurism.

STEVE MILLER
STRATEGY.

Steve was voted one of South Africa's Top Ten brand builders in The Annual in 2008. His career has spanned both client and agency side. It includes seven years with Unilever, 10 years as Ogilvy's Strategic Planning Director, Group Marketing Director of National Brands, VP Group Marketing at Tiger Brands and Global Innovations Director for SABMiller plc in London. He serves as brand advisor to various companies, is a member of the Board for an art gallery group, and owns a small boutique brewery. Outside of business he has served as Chairman of Motorsport South Africa, and is currently on the Senate of the FIA, the global governing body for motor sport.

JOANNE VON MALTITZ
BU DIRECTOR.

After completing a Bachelor of of Social Science and Humanities at UCT and a post graduate course at the AAA in Cape Town, Joanne started her career in advertising at JWT. Two years later she headed to London where she worked at TBWA\LONDON. Upon her return to Cape Town she spent 5 years in Account Management before joining The Jupiter Drawing Room, CT as a strategist. At Jupiter Joanne spent 7 years working in both the Strategic and Account Management departments. During this time, she also completed a post graduate Diploma in Leadership at the UCT Graduate School of Business.

NINO
HEAD OF OPERATIONS.

A rare breed, Nino Naidoo, ensures things that could go wrong, always go right. She has vast experience in managing workflow and production within large agency networks such as Ogilvy Cape, Woolworths in-house. In these environments she manages the entire output, cost and deadlines without error and any seeming effort. Chilled Moet runs in her veins.
